A lot of veterans, first responders, and law enforcement officers never start treatment for PTSD, TBI, or substance dependency for one reason: they can't afford it. Frontline Healing Foundation exists to remove that financial barrier and fund the therapies that actually work, including magnetic e-resonance therapy. This episode breaks down who qualifies, how to access support, and how listeners can help fund recovery for the people who served.
About the Foundation Frontline Healing Foundation is a nonprofit that pays for evidence-based treatment for active-duty military, veterans, law enforcement, and first responders dealing with PTSD, traumatic brain injury, and substance dependency. Funded therapies include magnetic e-resonance therapy (MeRT) and other proven brain health protocols. The foundation also supports reintegration so recovery doesn't end at discharge from a program.
Key Topics Covered
- Why financial barriers stop military and first responders from getting care
- What treatments Frontline Healing Foundation funds, including MeRT
- Who qualifies (hint: you don't have to be special operations)
- Reintegration support after treatment
- How individuals can fund recovery for warriors
Why This Matters The system has gaps. Insurance denies, VA waitlists stretch out, and private treatment runs into five and six figures. While the bureaucracy moves, the warrior doesn't. Foundations like this are the bridge between what the system covers and what actually saves lives.

SPEAKER_00What's up, team? Danny Caballero here. Welcome to Resource Monday on Security All Podcast, the segment where we cut through the noise and put real vetted resources in front of the warriors, families, and first responders who actually need them. This week we're spotlighting Frontline Healing Foundation. Frontline Healing Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit out of Bandera, Texas. Their mission is straightforward and they execute it well. They remove the financial barriers that keep our nation's military, veterans, law enforcement, and first responders from getting treatment for chemical dependency, posttraumatic stress, and traumatic brain injury. Financial barriers. Because the treatment exists, the science works, the facilities are there. The thing standing between a hurting warrior and the door of a world class program is more often than not a number on a bill. Frontline Healing Foundation pays that number, or a meaningful chunk of it. Here's where your donation goes, and here is what they fund. Plain language because this is what matters when you're the one making the call. One, chemical dependency and PTS treatment. That covers detox, inpatient residential, intensive outpatient, one on one therapy, and sober living. They subsidize the cost so the warrior gets in the door. two. That continued structure after treatment when reintegration is the hardest part of the fight. They fund the bed so the warrior keeps a routine. three, service dogs and emotional support animals. Trained working dogs that make a measurable difference in daily function. They fund the placement. Four, and this one I want you to pay close attention to. Brain treatment therapy. They fund MERT, magnetic e-resonance therapy. It is an FDA cleared, TMS protocol tailored to your individual brain frequency patterns. Non-invasive, drug-free, and for warriors carrying TBI and post-traumatic stress, the outcomes are real. This is not a pamphlet operation. This is funded treatment going to vetted facilities Warrior's Heart, Deer Hollow Recovery, Hope for the Warriors, Nova, Samaritan Colony, Real Deal Sober Living, and Oxford House. Names you've probably heard before with programs at work. There are a lot of things I look at before I put a resource on the show. One of those being the financials. They have eight years of 990 filings on their website, going back to 2017. They hold platinum transparency from Candid for 2026, which is the top tier you can earn. Tom Spooner, retired Army Special Operation and co-founder of Warrior Hearts, has put his name behind their work. That carries weight in this community. The board, the advocates, and the donor list are visible on the site. No shadows, this is how a legitimate operation runs. So who qualifies? If you're active duty military, a veteran, a law enforcement officer, or a first responder, and you're carrying any of the following, this resource is built for you. Substance dependency, post-traumatic stress, mild traumatic brain injury, some combination of all three. You don't have to be special operations. You don't have to have had a specific MOS. If you served in the military or you served a community as a first responder, you qualify to apply. The pathway is simple. Go to Frontline Healing Foundation.org and look for general hardship application. Fill it out, and it will review and respond. If you're in crisis right now and you cannot wait, save these numbers before you need them. First one is for Veterans Crisis Line. Dial nine eight eight and then press one. For your police officer, COP Line 1-800-267-5463. Warrior's Heart. Their admissions number is 888-598-4241. Put those in your phone today. Most of us in this community have lived this. You watch a buddy hit a wall, you make calls, you send resources, and somewhere in the process, the money becomes the obstacle. The denial letter shows up, the wait list gets quoted, the warrior in front of you, who finally said the words out loud, starts to drift back into the dark. Frontline Healing Foundation is one of the few organizations in this space whose entire model is built around closing that exact gap. The gap insurance leaves, and the gap the VA leaves. That is the work, that's why they made the list. So how can you support? If you have the means, donate today. It's tax deductible. And they publish their financial so you can see exactly where it lands. Share this resource or share a post from their organization online through your network and be willing to share this resource with a friend. And if you'd like to make a meaningful donation in person, for Gala's coming up. So see if you can register and attend. That's it for today's Resource Monday. Again, Frontline Healing Foundation, located in Bendera, Texas, FedEd, Transparent, and doing the work in the gap where most warriors get stuck. Hit subscribe if this is your first time on the show, drop a review if it's not, and check the show notes for direct links to the application, to donation page, and every resource I mentioned. Stay the course, hold a line, and we'll see you next time. Till then, take care.
